Refund + Exchange Policy

Returns + Refunds

We have no doubt that you are going to love your items as much as we do. However; please note that all personalised items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Non-personalised items are also non-refundable, however; exchanges are possible. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

Exchanges

For non-personalised items only, we can offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you have up to 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to do so. Please note that the situation may arise where the sizing of the item for exchange may be out of stock. The customer therefore can wait for stock return (where applicable), choose another item equivalent to the same monetary value or alternatively receive a monetary voucher.

Please send us an email to info@rainbowwatermelon.com who will organise your exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and advise you to obtain a tracking receipt. For any items lost in transit, these will not be deemed an acceptable method of return and will be disregarded.

Defective Items:

For any items that deem to be defective or faulty, please contact Rainbow Watermelon at info@rainbowwatermelon.com within 14 days of receipt of purchase, along with relevant photographs.

We will examine the item and if we deem it to be defective, we will provide a full refund or exchange, where applicable, within 28 days.

Personalisation:

Please ensure that for personalised items, the spelling for embroidery purposes are spelt correctly. Any errors on receipt of delivery, will be held responsible by the customer for any misspellings, unless fault lies with Rainbow Watermelon.
