Delivery Policy

Our aim is to ensure the delivery process is as quick and easy as possible… after all who wants to wait long for something they love?

We currently use Royal Mail as our courier for all clothing and smaller accessory items and Hermes for our Changing Mats. 

We are working extremely hard to get your orders out the door currently within 5 working days, however due to the Coronavirus pandemic, there may be some delays to your orders during the delivery process due to Royal Mail + Hermes experiencing delays.

Please do check with Royal Mail  for service updates due to this being out of our control and for any Hermes enquiries, to get in contact directly with Rainbow Watermelon. 

Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent at the nearest possible date but may also be subject to delays within the postal system.

If you require items for a specific date or event, please do get in contact with us so we can try to arrange this for you. The customer may be required to incur an additional special delivery fee, where applicable.

Orders £29.99 and below = £4.00 Shipping Fee (UK Only)

Orders £30.00 and above = Free Shipping (UK Only)

From dispatch, Royal Mail UK delivery takes between 1 – 3 working days + Hermes UK delivery takes between 2 - 4 working days

Orders outside of the UK, within the EU only = £12 Shipping Fee 

From dispatch, EU delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days

Unable to Deliver/Event of a Lost Delivery

For any items that have been undelivered and/or lost delivery, Royal Mail requires a minimum of 14 days after the goods were sent before any investigation process is started.

If you have not received your goods within 14 working days, please do get in touch with us at info@rainbowwatermelon.com so we can investigate and assist you further.

For any items that were unable to be delivered via Royal Mail, this falls under the customers responsibility of collecting your package from the relevant Post Office, as advised with your missed parcel slip.

Rainbow Watermelon is unable to contact the Post Office on your behalf in liaisons for any redeliveries, unless the item has been returned directly to us. On that basis, the customer will be required to pay for additional shipping costs, if this is down to no fault of their own.
